Cover-Tek, Inc. staffing charges apply to bringing professional
staff on-site for wellness events. Additionally, mileage, travel time,
and when overnight stays are necessary, per diem may be applicable and
will be so stated in the services agreement. A 4 hour minimum exists for
all staffing.
| Registered Nurse $35.00/hour, minimum 4 hours. |
Medical Assistant $20.00/hour, minimum 4 hours. |
| Medical Technologist $35.00/hour, minimum 4 hours. |
Health Care Counselor $40.00/hour. (includes diet and nutrition counseling.) |
| Phlebotomist $20.00/hour, minimum 4 hours. |
Massage Therapist $60.00/hour |
